I worked in LNT finance for 5.6 months it was a good experience but due to some wrong supervisor I had to leave the job. I reduced 5+ from the very image, worked very hard or made the whole team, made the portfolio. But in bad when quit tab felt very bad.

The supervisor is not right in Lunt, he takes any decision and there is no need of a good employee.

HR Policy is Very Pethatic in Ground Level They Giving offer to Double and Triple offer to Employees and During Employees Tuff Time (Accident)they Don’t Care about Employees not even 1% After My resignation Due to health issue they Released me without any Notice and even Mark absence in 10-15 days ... Also they have done froud withmy 3.8 Lac Shares which I have earned in last 4 years .... In ground level They Don’t have any Exit Interview process after Resignation ... 90% Employees if financially Fraud Towards Organisations and They are not giving Any Valves for any Honest Employees I had Done business with Apx 2500 Cr in last 5 Years and Given Huge Benefits to Organisations where Earlier They are doing Pethatic but after My Accident they didnt admire any Value during Employee Tuff time(Medical Emergency of any) ...!!!...Read More

Worst experience with a company.Company doesn't value performing employees. Parent company is good.But this company ruining parent company's reputation too. Now no one wants to join...so they are offering higher salaries above market statndard.Some get lured and fall prey to this company.Recently company offered a candidate 150% growth,though the candidate lack experience as previously required by the company.HR people,Top management people will try to convince the company.If you are talented and love your career never join this company.I made the biggest mistake of my life by joining it....Read More
