I love The company long time work here.I am a part of team that makes reliable, good work culture and has global client base.My colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds.I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth os slow.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
