There is no any good sing to work there is no any extra culture activity and events we need to work for all time .

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Working like slave there is no working hours limit every time day night need to be available , pushing to work for all task to be completed in a day if that task time required a 3 days also . And also provide 3rd party job that will not provide facility to all employees .

decent salary, sort of a government company structure with job security, if you like that sort of thing. Provide good perks of housing, transport.

Dislikes

Terrible treatment of women, quality of people you work with is more often than usual- awful. Dominated by politics and seniority, it is a truly low level company to work at. If you are ambitious and have integrity (and a woman), do not work here. You are forced to work in remote areas which is not bad development wise but they really do not care about employee safety especially women. HR is a joke. No great innovation going on.
