A Construction Manager
I have a complex relationship with the company at L&T Construction. On the bright side, the salary is good and the facilities are great. But there's no work-life balance, with unrealistic expectations and unnecessary pressure from management.
The situation is even worse for those working on-site. In nutshell, it's a company of extremes.🙂

I got placed in L&T construction for PGET role. I had backlogs in my BTech course which I have completed in the due course of 4 years. Now I got placed on Mtech qualification. Will the BTech backlog history affects my candidature for further process?
