Salary is good and on time. Even if you are a diploma holder you can reach DGM level at last,

Dislikes

No work life balance, you have to be active for 24*7 hrs, you will get your money back in the name of appraisal, even you will not get that if you have problems with your boss. Very bad work environment, system and procedures are very lengthy.
