Compensation Growth is slower than the inflation. Which means there is a de-growth. This is really demoralizing factor. There is no or minimal discussion over the learning path and career growth. The marketing is very poor and we should have a separate department. No clear understanding of employee benefits are there in system and no communication happens on the same.

Responsible for sales and marketing activities for construction equipment. Improve market share. Maintain long term relationship with clients/Financiers. Conduct product study and do consultative selling.
