If you see overall work culture is excellent, company policies and management is very much effective against EHS. Employee are getting equal opportunity to grow with organization.

Dislikes

The only point is company is not bother about the employees happiness. Employee did not gate chance to work in there suitable location. For example, I am asking for transfer as my family is leaving in Nagpur and my posting is in Gadchandur that is 300 Km from Nagpur. Where as company have a option as there is workshop at Nagpur but company still not thinking about my request.

L&T is my mother company. I am working in L&T culture 21 years. I am started my career after ITI as a apprentice traini. Good and support to management & colleagues. we are working as one team.

Dislikes

I have working in LNT payroll last 15 years. Career growth is slow no increment and promotion, not different between senior and junior in packet system. PLR police is west police, PLR every year give only management person & actual ground level working person is given zero PLR. Travel management allowances TA/DA is very low comparative experience. No given extra dearness allowances.
