Compensation and benefit is terrible. Carrier growth and opportunity is also very slow. Appraisal policy is very much unprofessional. Management do not value an individuals' unique strengths. If somebody is in a slow track, he will hardly get chance to come back to the fast track and it is completely based on the boss's mood not based on the individuals' performance.
