Good team work. Seniors and juniors both have customer centric view resulting good results inspire tough competition. Company policies are also good.

Dislikes

Remuneration must be increased for all , instead of grades. Many attrition are only basically because of remuneration. Many times we have to recruite less calibre person at the place of person left to match the remuneration and we loose 2 to 3 years in developing the skills of the person newly recruited vis-a-vis the person left the organisation....Read More
