I love the fact, that they have given a chance to a 22 years old Employee to lead a team as a Area Sales Executive.

There was no job security in the organisation and moreover their is no fixed time for the salary and monthly ta/da It will always take 15-20 days more to complete the previous circle.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
