Likes

Good work environment , friendly staff and helping seniors , one can gain his acedemic knowledge after join thr organisation .

Dislikes

The salry increase but the post is stable . For higer post you need to apply again and they wont recomend you for overseas offices .

Good , you can give time to your family as well.no workload.

When you will join company everything will be very good but after an year you will start feeling frustrated and bored as there is no promotion no salary increase and lots of responsibilities.

Dislikes

No job security and no salary increment.

The company policy was good and always had a good intentions and care about their clients but it was full of inner politics and won't allow to grow nor to stable in that place It's horrible environment to work

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
