Production team is not educated as per the industry need. Specially HOD of production and some production department leaders not having knowledge about process and product manufacturing. Frequent manpower charges on operator level Manpower contactor supervisor are not having the command on their manpower. Japanese wants to upgrade the culture and system in terms of knowledge as well as wealth but 1 or 2 higher level person not wants. Lack in system knowledge so it's default to manage the thing's systematic because of HOD level person's are working here above 10 years that's why they are not upgraded and updated as per Market competitive in terms of skills and knowledge of system....Read More

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
