Good company. Lot of learning if you are a fresher. Being German company you learn lot of "methods" "of doing work . 2 days off a week . Nice food.

If your boss is good your life here is good. Salary can be better. No policies regarding salary structure. No core manufacturing. Just assembly lines.

1. Maintenance department culture is very worst non cooperative highly political, 2. Maintenance head Mr. Katiravan not deserve to lead department, doubt full, have no believe in subordinate, non supportive, force subordinate to work out of way totally disturbing work life balance, irritating follow up every 10 to 15 minute. 3. Not stand beside you though force to work out of policy. Not appreciate and consider your dedication. Totally saving his chair. 4. No support from purchase dept.
