good workIng environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management management is transparent. Company policies are good, and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Their is no politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but their is no job security.

Work Details

The job is interesting I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles with in the same time and I got confidence.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Company policy and their management is Good reagarding safety and other any safety issues at site immediate compliance like as financial,Legal,and moral etc . Good moral behaviour among staffs. Whole staff aware regarding safety at workplace & their welfare is excellent about our staffs and workers.

Dislikes

Not specific reasons just I stay here long time so I am feeling so bored.

Work Details

My job life is fully intrested because their work environment, safety culture and moral behaviour of our client is good. And also strict regarding safety project manager , client and me in our construction site.
