I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

They don't give salary, they make you work, end of month, if no deal matures, they don't give any salary at all. Every weekend visit to site, 6 people in one room over there. They are cheaters. Don't go by offer letter. Its a scam
