Facilities were Very Good Earlier (Now they have decreased drastically) Very Good Growth only for Boot Lickers In case you join above Manager position it is worth it,if you are a result achiever. The Culture/environment post COVID has Changed a lot.HR has gotten worst, along with MD starting policy of Hire and Fire. Old Employees are not treated well and seen as Not achieving targets. Earlier Top Management has left sighting this and New Top Management is driven by Results without analysing Lower management issues.Hence the Focus has shifted from Do more to 'Show more'. Salaries levels have reduced as HR has started focus on Low Cost Employees from Market to replace the earlier high paying employees.To extent that Feedback from Market is to think twice before joining KSB. With Tremendous Work Pressure and low growth in career. Company is making profit with good yoy Growth 15% but soon in coming yrs may realise at what cost are they doing this....Read More
