Too much pressure on employee. No support from the manager. Everyone just running after earning numbers. Work culture is something you will not like. All the work place depends on managers. If managers are supportive & co operative then everything will be smooth and good. But here its vice versa. No work life balance. You cannot take time out for family. Environment is also toxic. Not recommended
