Nothing to Like about. They Don't value their Employees. At Time of appraisal the always have a reason that companies not doing well still affected by covid and still recovering so we cannot provide you hike. Diwali Bonus does not exist. Not even a single good project. Everything works by jugaad

Everything. No Work culture. Toxic Colleagues. No Good Mentors all have left the company. No best practices are followed. Everything works by jugaad.

Company's vision is good. Towards growth.

Dislikes

HR Policies change every month which definitely impacts the bonuses and pays. Client side employees are treated as if they are adopted and are not given any attention. Bonuses and increment are very very less. HR does not respond to any queries. Delays in approvals. Only money and profir oriented company. Doesn't care about employees.
