Ideally not a good place to work in Marketing. Since the AVP an Old Man, very Sadistic. Doesn't allows the younger generation to grow. The CEO of KIMS should take action on him, since so many talented people from KIMS Hospital Kondapur are resigning.

Dislikes

Practically not a good place for freshener. Idea you don't learn anything. Other employees are self centered. And more over lots of politics. Salary is very less.
