This company has no knowledge on how to run a business.. Today i have attended the interview at 11 and hr asked us to wait till 5 30 to give interview and when we visited the office there is no waiting area ,instead it's direct work floor where the candidates are working in system with no maintenance.. there is no interview room ,the very first round was conducted by VICE PRESIDENT (MR. IRFAN) in open area where the candidates were literally listening the conversation if vice president,as per his conversation he has 13 years of experience in this company,in these 13 years he has no sense on how to take an interview and is very rude and questioning all unwanted like mode of payments which he himself tells phone pay Google pay n Paytm.. never ever experienced this kinda pathetic interview in my whole life... They are fit for nothing... No proper infrastructure of office .. for example there is no facility to have food , employees sit and eat where they work and comes to lockers ther is huge old rack which is of 1990s and employees get ther bags n keep it in an inappropriate place.. n this office is completely filled with lot of mosquitos.. which will result in dengue fever if joined here.... I suggest everyone not to work in this pathetic organisation where they don't even provide pf ... And that vice president makes fun out of us when discussed about salary ... Such a mannerless person he is... Never work for this place as there are no benefits at all..m...Read More
