I have been worked around 2 years as a software developer company atmosphere not like a software company. No Saturday holiday, Management wants you to work more hours, opportunity to have to learn more technology. As a fresher this is the good company. Those who are coming from software company they are not gonna survey.

Security means its a company of good safety and cool person is there than don't behave rode, management was good quality but some issue is there that's all, work culture would be like satisfied and good

Dislike means iam working almost clear 8 months but HR say's increment in 6 months but now did not increase my salary please increase now that's all...

Nobody can be a right person for the Company. Very worst office culture. There is no words for Job Security. You may loose your job suddenly without any prior information. There is no separate policies, procedures, rules, etc etc for that company.
