Job security is the only best thing. They do pay well variably but it depends on that year's business.

Dislikes

There is absolutely no work life balance. The company doesn't care if you are healthy. They are just concerned about the hours changeable and business coming in.

No recognition for hardwork or no time for yours personal life. People who get promoted without working hard and the people who actually work here they left behind. No awards, recognition,ratings for hardworker. Awards should be presented on the basis of person hardwork not based in any favouritism.

Pay, benefits and culture at KPMG is pretty decent.

Dislikes

Working hours, work pressure and actual learning of audit is lacking as it was external audit. We worked with team at US and not directly with clients hence there was no actual audit experience.

Work Details

No work life balance but the benefits and pay is decent enough. If you are working just for money then it's good you have to forget your friends family as there will be no time for anything else except work.
