Working in KPMG gives you a lot exposure and learning. You will get to learn cross functions and with various teams. You will be provided opportunities but you have to be upfront in asking the management that you are intrested in a particular area and ready for more responsibility. No one will give you anything in a platter you have to prove and fight for it

Dislikes

Its cutthroat competition. People will be all sweet and concerning on your face but really they will only intrested in how long its going to take to complete your work. Its a good learning experience in terms of how to handle cunning people

The Poor Management and benefits offered are something they need to work up on. The Management responds employees stating we have replacements and backups available for individuals and they don't care much about their employees. After getting promotions also your salaries are not corrected upto standards. HR passes it to management and Management passes to HR. There's no clear resolution and by the time, next cycle would come. I would advise individuals to never join here. Later even they would regret as I regret the decision of joining this Organization everyday....Read More

Company completely runs on politics. Irrespective of designation people feel jealous of each other. Showoff is alot and people act as puppets in the hands of senior management. It was one of my biggest mistake of joining kpmg.
