I'm working in TA team on contract and life is hell. I mean of course it's big 4 so one cannot expect work life balance but the least they could have is set process and proper resources for their sources to provide them candidates. They are establishing their TA process God only knows how they have been hiring and working in the industry for past so many years, they don't have a robust ATS to track applicants of their openings, everything is over emails, the moment some stakeholder asks you for some detail the hunt in the inbox begins, half of the time goes into maintaining data. They don't have enough Naukri accounts and the one they have it's the most basic and contractor sourcers don't get LinkedIn recruiter license because they're contractors but expectation is to keep your head down and by the eod you provide 10-12 CVs to the recruiter. If you're getting an opportunity to join on third party, my advice is don't, no respect in the job! You are considered a donkey and you're hired to be one and you are treated like one....Read More
