Despite successfully completing all formalities and receiving an offer, my profile was rejected during the BGV without any prior notification or clear justification. Here are the key points of my experience: Lack of Communication: After receiving the offer, I was informed that my profile did not pass the BGV. This decision was made without any prior notification or opportunity to rectify any supposed issues. Unjustified Rejection: The rejection was based on a mistake in the uploaded documents, which could have been clarified if I had been given the chance. Despite my repeated requests to re-verify the documents, the recruiter did not respond or provide any assistance. Professional and Personal Impact: Trusting KPMG's offer, I resigned from my previous job. Now, I find myself unemployed with significant financial commitments and responsibilities towards my family. This situation has caused immense stress and uncertainty. Unresponsive Recruiter: Throughout this ordeal, the recruiter handling my case was unresponsive and dismissive of my requests for clarification and assistance. Everything, They were very abusive. There offer no support to grow/work. They make you work for more than 16 hours a day but still expect us to put in even more efforts on the job. They make you work no matter if you are travelling in train, bus, and air travel. Downright hell hole of place to work anywhere in India for KPMG. It's off on weekends only for namesake, they make you work everyday and expect you to be available 24x7 and wants you to travel and work from any place they would want you to without a care for your family. I am talking about Digital Solutions Next team - There is no clear communication from the management or leadership on what our projects pipeline looks like, nor a clear assignment of resources to the project etc. Today you will be in one project, after 2 weeks in some other. The sad part is the firm takes every random project that comes their way.
