IBM to KPMG, Should i make a switch

I am currently working as a delivery consultant in IBM(1YOE), which is a technical role and i want to make a switch into a non-tech Consulting centric role and have an offer from KPMG as an analyst, the salary hike is not significant but I want to make a strong profile for making it into management consulting firm later on in my life, should I be making a switch, or wait for any better opportunity as the growth in IBM is very slow and takes time.

Great place to work and grow. Company culture is very liberal and open minded. Teammates and managers are extremely intelligent, amicable, cordial and supportive. Standard of working and work ethic is excellent.

The job was quite interesting and fun. Got to learn a learnt and had great exposure in various industries. As a fresher, at the beginning I did struggle a bit but training given to freshers made it easier for me to assimilate with work and expectation.

Depends upon the process you are in , we are in risk advisory team , and they were told it’s 6 mounts contract but we have already completed the 1 year and we are still in contract bases and job security is also not there any time they can tell us to leave the company .
