The management expecially the manager murali Vasudevan. I don't know if he studied or directly came from a fish market. Very rude while taking the interview and didn't even respect the candidate while interviewing just commanding and asking questions in a rude way. And after I joined i thought it would change. But no . He is rudestperson I ever met in my life don't know if the kpmg is a software company or a road side fianciers. Atleast gundas will give some respect who are working under them but these managers are a worthless candidates who doesn't work and always behaving like rowdies. No professionalism at all. Unprofessional. Terrible work culture. Very little increments and almost no bonuses. Managers and above shout, belittle, verbally abuse and can degrade a person to any level. No person continues in this firm for more than 3 months and there are only handful of people who continued there for over an year. No job is worth your self respect pls make a wise decision

Non deserving people getting promotions, skills are not respected, only in which project you are tagged is. It's hell when people are on bench. Nobody supports, you are on your own - no hand holding, no mentorship, no trainings, no shadowing anyone, no guidance.

Great company to settled in. Great at work life balance, good project. Management is pretty cool, and very helpful and easily reachable. I didn't face any micromanagement so far, they are completely concerned what you're delivering not how you're delivering.

They can not let you even eat if there is any Event going on in KPMG, they will seal the complete cafeteria Even if the cafeteria is not a part of event or even if there is a b'day party going on. Also there is no work life policy, you have to work Even on Saturday and Sunday
