Everything, They were very abusive. There offer no support to grow/work. They make you work for more than 16 hours a day but still expect us to put in even more efforts on the job. They make you work no matter if you are travelling in train, bus, and air travel. Downright hell hole of place to work anywhere in India for KPMG. It's off on weekends only for namesake, they make you work everyday and expect you to be available 24x7 and wants you to travel and work from any place they would want you to without a care for your family. The values and policies which was fixed by firm were not followed only showing and promoting it for showcase. Management is worst due to more toxic environment. Job security is not their when seniors and managers manipulate if anyone raised this concerns with HR. HR will also support to seniors and they tell sorry we can't help eventhough you have all the evidence to prove the case and even though you were high performance.
