If you suck up to them and manage to be in their good books, you are settled, but if you want to rely only on your work, you are doomed. Partners are not at all approachable and have a lot of attitude issues. HR is also powerless when it comes to dealing with Partners. They want to follow industry standards when it comes to working from office etc. but do not follow the standards in compensation. Being in hr I felt, like there was no one to hear me out. People over there seems like they are just waiting to dump work on you, soon after you join. It's just for the name sake people join because it's a big 4. The culture is absolutely horrible as your performance managers and the management doesn't care about your mental health and well being. They only care about work not done. The HR doesn't understand your main problems and starts making assumptions.
