No good culture No help if you are stuck with some problem, no one will help you and your senior will force you to work without any help and they will ask you to complete the work by EOD. No work life balance, they call on your cell everyday

As any company, if you get a good manager you will more or less enjoy working here. But then again, getting a good manager is rare here and most of them don't have a life outside work and they expect the same from you, especially these bangalore senior managers.

Few perks and limited appreciation. Even if you receive compliments from clients, the most recognition you’ll get from KPMG is a thank-you email and a small voucher as a reward. Senior leadership has remained in the company for years, which has led to a rigid and hierarchical work culture. Many leaders seem more focused on appearances and office presence rather than fostering talent and innovation. Promotions often seem based on tenure rather than actual skill, and as a result, many in leadership roles struggle with independent problem-solving. People were looking to satisfy their own agenda. The management is positive and growth oriented. It gives a vision and objectives to work. Learning opportunities are also strong.

The management expecially the manager murali Vasudevan. I don't know if he studied or directly came from a fish market. Very rude while taking the interview and didn't even respect the candidate while interviewing just commanding and asking questions in a rude way. And after I joined i thought it would change. But no . He is rudestperson I ever met in my life don't know if the kpmg is a software company or a road side fianciers. Atleast gundas will give some respect who are working under them but these managers are a worthless candidates who doesn't work and always behaving like rowdies. No professionalism at all. Unprofessional. Terrible work culture. Very little increments and almost no bonuses. Managers and above shout, belittle, verbally abuse and can degrade a person to any level. No person continues in this firm for more than 3 months and there are only handful of people who continued there for over an year. No job is worth your self respect pls make a wise decision

Non deserving people getting promotions, skills are not respected, only in which project you are tagged is. It's hell when people are on bench. Nobody supports, you are on your own - no hand holding, no mentorship, no trainings, no shadowing anyone, no guidance.

They can not let you even eat if there is any Event going on in KPMG, they will seal the complete cafeteria Even if the cafeteria is not a part of event or even if there is a b'day party going on. Also there is no work life policy, you have to work Even on Saturday and Sunday
