I have been KPMG'ite for 3 years now. The most important thing for me to continue here is that amazing colleagues and boss. Also KPMG as a firm makes sure that employee's are appreciated for the efforts they put in. All young people around you and warm culture makes it the best place to work. Also we have work from home options which makes it easy to balance personal and professional life.
As such there is nothing I can think of which I would say I dislike. Compensation is a debatable topic which varies person to person
