Not particularly anything exceptional that other firms can't offer. Just the only positive thing is you get to work on big clients and that's a major plus on your resume.

Dislikes

The severe staff shortage & extremely long working hours is a norm rather than exception. Weekends you are expected to work if not at office then from home. There's zero work life balance & compare to work done compensation paid is peanuts.
