There is absolutely no work life balance whatsoever No resources for you to skill up Increments are negligible, it used to be 10% and it dropped to single digit last year The rating system and promotions are an absolute joke They are happily promoting people who have posh complaints about them and ignoring others for no reason If your reporting manager is good then it is a good place for you Otherwise it is hell They don’t care if you are working till 2am or 3am, they demean you The culture is also so bad in the teams We have had so many cases of posh but none of them have been through The environment is really bad Not just for females but males too Your health is not worth this organisation...Read More
