1)There is no work life balance. 2)There is no Log off time we need to start the day before the login times and there is no log off time for the company. 3) there are so much politics they can remove you from the company at any time with nonsense reason 4) they will never promote you as per your quality then never see good on you but always see bad in you

Apart from normal work they keep on pushing you to take up extra projects irrespective of your work Doesn't matter how skilled you are, the only thing matters here is how much you do activities Not a good place for someone who wants to learn and grow

Very poor management system. Forced to work in projects. No proper appraisal, compensation, benefits. Tooo much politics. Company growth matters to them not the concerns of individuals. I had a terrible experience but there are people whom I have seen who are having plan to get retirement from kpmg only.

What I used to like in KPMG. Now they all became myth. If you compared to EY . It is still better company to work. Good thing is my manager.

No goodies, no appraisal, no promotion. In the name of cost cutting concept they have became toxic. In the name of feedback they will do character assassination.

It is good place to be. Everything is systematic there and has a satisfying work. Work environment is professional and very less individual centric politics.

The personal compliances and personal trainings are too much and you spend more time doing those and doing your actual work.

Manager and AD's are underqualified and senseless. Cheap and downgrading mentality. Fearing from employees under them, and try to deteriorate good employees so that they keep themself fit.

The only one thing I liked is my Manager was supportive, that's it.

No work life balance at all, I am working throughout the year for 10hrs and during its more than 12 to 14 hours.The only time I feel I have life is December month rest all months I am just working.

Technical Learning is good but at the cost of 11-12 Hours daily work schedule. New Hires are good. Expect to be involved in multiple projects from the initial days itself. Flexible office timings are good.

Dislikes

Cab services are costly even if you travel only 1 Day per week. Yearly Appraisals/Promotions are terrible. Avoid working under people who are sitting since last 8-10 Years already. Few skills like AI are in demand others are not entertained well. In short this is somewhat better version of TCS/Infosys nothing much

If you just want to recieve on time salary and don't want to put too much effort into your work then this is the best firm to relax

It is a highly biased firm, if you are not in good books of senior management people, then no matter how good you perform it won't matter. Your growth rate is not proportional to your effort & skills if you don't know how to be in good books of some people

Long hours - Until midnights. Pay revisions don't happen often. Firm wants you to be a pet dog to partners from the West. One negative comment and your career is doomed. Lot of unaccounted work in the name of practice development

Nothing, it feels like high school nowadays.

Secretly company is falling down. No perks. Even the sick leaves are restricted. Should apply planned leaves before a month. No unplanned leaves allowed because sick leaves are being questioned. Concept of work life balance is just to mention in offer letter. Honest suggestion would be to prefer some other startups than KPMG.

Your expertise doesn’t matter for the leadership they raise unnecessary points against you to show your performance is bad. Leadership doesn’t work to get more clients and all efforts has to be done by employees.

Services in Big4 Companies are very good. Their transportation system is also good. Coworkers are also very supportive.

Dislikes

Client Project are not often available. We need to work on internal project with KPMG Regional Firms like US, UK and AU firms. Onshore opportunity is also not available in KPMG most of time.
