Long hours - Until midnights. Pay revisions don't happen often. Firm wants you to be a pet dog to partners from the West. One negative comment and your career is doomed. Lot of unaccounted work in the name of practice development

Your expertise doesn’t matter for the leadership they raise unnecessary points against you to show your performance is bad. Leadership doesn’t work to get more clients and all efforts has to be done by employees.

Team mates are very easy to work with and always ready to help. They provide cabs which makes travelling to office and back pretty much hassle free.

Dislikes

- They have bosses not leaders. Especially within the POA and SCM Advisory teams. There is a group of people who got way more than they deserve and can't bear to see anyone else go ahead of them. There is a lot of favouritism only for bootlickers. - Managers don't take out time to explain the evaluation process and criteria. You have to figure out everything on your own. - Archaic system and processes, you have to login into different portals for everything. - HRs are non responsive. - WLB is a myth and comes at the cost of your image. If you try to talk to your manager they only keep saying, see this as an opportunity and prove everyone wrong. - The health insurance portal is the worst. You need to to call customer care for each and every detail. - Bosses decimate your struggle with your health conditions, saying things openly like it doesn't look like you have any issues..seems like you are making it up to get holidays. I had to leave in 5 months of joining the firm for these reasons. Very bad environment and toxic work culture....Read More

Check whether you are going to work for managed services (support) or implementation projects Do not go for managed services (support) at all. Worst Manager (finance functional)ever seen in my 9 years of total experience. Not at all supports the team Blame game Not able to defend the team members. Any issue arises from client end he would be go on leave with out informing. Will not inform if any one of the team members goes on leave. Will never appreciate any of the team members. Micro managment -harrasment Not able to understand any issues If you want a good career growth do not land in the KPMG GLOBAL SERVICES support projects. The salary is hike fair compare to other organisation. Thats what i like the most in the company. Work pressure is completely depend upon project to project. Work hour is very flexible.

Work appreciation is not fair enough. Your performance in the project doesn’t matter for appraisal its all about visibility and politics thats make your career growth
