Likes

I am a tenured staff with KPMG. Company provides us great opportunities to learn and grow. Team and performance managers are very supportive. The company have great employee friendly policies.

Skill development - Excellent
Job security - Good
Promotions - Good
Work satisfaction - Good
Company culture - Excellent

Dislikes

The only issue I am finding with KPMG is there is no work life balance to any staff
