Technology used in KGS is awesome. I like all the software's and applications used in KGS.

Company culture - Good

Dislikes

No job security especially for people who have served the company for quite long period of time. Poor work life balance as most of the staffs are forced to work long hours during weekdays and most often weekends as a result of insufficient planning and unscheduled work volume. The leadership team (AD and above) does not seem to have any interest in solving employee issues or value their staffs.
