It’s culture and continuous zest to bring something fun for employees

The unqualified seniors who are surviving year on year without any technical knowledge. The culture of not working in the initial start of the day and then staying back till late. Management’s ignorance in rewarding such two faced people with applauds and monetary benefits. Management over looking things that are going on within the team.
