The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,growth is fast.The work pressure is very high.Sometimes,I have to work 14-18 hrs straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late in to the night. Still I am satisfied and happy to work in Koye Pharma.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
