There are so many things which dislike we don't get much than salary like diwali gift or any other programs also not done by company and there are allot of pressure on sales which we work on operation so had bad experience in operations in KOTAK

Work Timing ⏱️ there is no fixed timing in branch operation, we have to sit late without getting paid accordingly. 150 Rs is the overtime amount for latesitting charges and even they tell employees to come on holidays also without any payments. Appraisals : You will got promotion and good appraisal when you are the main assistant of your boss. No one will consider your work
