They had recruited me even knowing that I had a fracture in my leg but the department senior, even being a female, is so inhuman and didnt allow me to take half day leave to remove my plaster and hence had to approach the regional head for the same. There's lot of politics & partialty too, mainly by the department senior.

Terrible and worst working culture and no growrh at all.

Dislikes

No growth at all, after 14 years of continuous service people are at the package of 5-6lakhs per annum only.

I suggest not to join at kotak group. Their is no growth. I am currently working here from last 2 years at same salary. Stringly looking for a change.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
