Lethargic leadership. They say GROW AT SPEED but all they do is discuss next meeting schedule. Senior leadership is more than ~20 years old so you can rest assured that the Cabin Crew will always be thinking in old school style.

A precious number of years of my career were WASTED here. No learning. They only talk about innovation as a value but they all fear change. And even if they do accept change, they won't approve budget for the technology involved.

Corporate politics very very high level Even if it's not my mistake I have listened a lot Then to it's fine But then they expect me to work till 9 pm or 10 n receive her call at first ring They don't believe , no one motivate you , you will feel frustrated after getting taunts from the manager , But it's fine I was in that company just to gain knowledge and make my career But it's useless to be in this company My salary was 10 k in hand They never told about time like 9 to 6 So I used to work till 9 sometimes 10 pm I don't recommend you this company...Read More
