In my point of view, I dislike the most about company that the company is not aggressive for employee salary & benefits same is for Promotion/appraisal. the company needs to improve these things. . . because the ground level employee is a key to success for organization and for all . . .

In Banca channel you will get a branch ,so they will give you the leads,you don't have to self sourcing.

Dislikes

Worst work culture. Unbearable pressure. You will do business still they will pressurise and harras you. Poor work life balance. They will call you to come to office on weekends without any reason and keep you upto 8.40 pm or 9 pm (Without any gender biasness)

While my feedback depends on my personal experience. The reality might definitely vary from team to team and process to process. As of my experience, please do not come to this company. It's Mumbai - Goregaon branch is 4 km distant from the railway station and it's a time consuming travel. Other than this, the working experience is like living hell. No fixed timings, you will start your shift at 10.30 am and leave home at 10 pm. The process are dull manual. You will die working on your files but still the file wont be up to date. Because while you were working on your file, 100 more things have happened. But they expect a real time updated file. Don't come here....Read More

Terrible work life balance, I had medical issues I was on leave still they forced me to work from home. I had my one foot fractured but I had to join office within 5 days. Terrible office politics. Not safe environment for female staff as well, will never recommend anyone to work with this organisation. You need to come office sharp9:30 before time, but cannot leave as per shift time, they would want you to stay back till 8/9/9:30 pm as well. Worst culture I have ever seen. Top Most Management in this company is worst; decision-making skills are very low Salary packages are very low for junior profiles but there work load is huge as compared with there senior profiles. Zero salary hikes and annual bonuses also depend on your boss; if he wants to give you 100,000, you will get it; if he wants to give you 10,000, that is your bonus. Salary not up to the mark. not paid as per industry standard. additional branches, additional works given without proper hike in salary. Branches have poor depressing culture, no celebration, revenue generating teams at branches are recognized, not the backend teams irrespective of their contribution to the success. Overall branches are not happy place to work.

I dislike everything about this company, even after resignation they didn't approve it and after 2 months of my resignation they called me, after several email I have to do for my relieving and said now they will process my relieving and my fnf will come after 45 days from now.
