Brilliant experience of working with this great organization where hardwork, people with growth mindset & right attitude are recognized on great platform. Exposure to showcase your work to senior management is brilliant, I don't think I would ever get this opportunity anywhere else where my work is recognized among the leadership team of Kotak Cherry. Every function be it Business, tech, HR is extremely approachable including seniors of respective function. You get indepth exposure of whatever you are doing. I highly recommend to join this fantastic place. There is no such thing as Company culture. Business strategy is sales driven instead of product driven, where fintechs have disrupted the market by product driven strategies. They don't know half the things they say and are unwilling to understand new things that they don't know. They expect you to do all the work, but won't give a good appraisal, and would twist their words to suit their argument and pin the blame on you even if it is not your mistake.
