About my team the store team capacity is around 5 people’s but in the store only three staff were there & in every month 4 to 5 people’s are leaving the organisation because there is no job security & full of politics no increment there is no training for there is no career growth from last four years salary they give only a fake promise but if u work physical there is no growth i haven’t seeen any appriisal from last 2 years travelling is very difficult work life is you’ll get very bad experience in that brand salary are not provided on time...Read More
