I like the open culture

Salaries are never paid on time and even when we were paid we were made to feeli like it's a favour. Also full salaries were never paid. My TDS was deducted for 6 months but never deposited in the IT company. The owner of the company has no direction.

Work Details

We were expected to be in office by 10 every day. But, the MD would come to office only by 2 or 3 or at times he would come only by 5 in the evening amd expect us to be there till 10.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Employee Benefits

No facilities. He expects us to upskill but doesn't want to pay for any training.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
