Lots of opportunities are available to develop oneself professionally. Sky is the limit. The salary is paid according to 7th pay commision & that too on the last day of the month.

Work Details

Job timings are structure from 7:40 am to 3:30 pm. Deadlines to be followed & stayback is required if needed.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
