The company values the employees and care for them. Provides very supportive and learning environment. Has many opportunities for growth. Never delays any financial transactions. Very honest with employees.

Dislikes

Nothing as such so far, but all Saturdays are working which is little difficult to maintain the balance between work and family. So prefer at least 2nd and 4th Saturdays off. This can't be considered as dislike but the preference. Else, nothing like one won't like.

In my department there were certain things which had to be modified to meet the standards. Making changes is not easy, but for me it was doable because of the support of my team & leadership team, specially the principal. We are very punctual & optimistic

It's a very big organization.. I hd learnt lot of things from that school n it's really very helpful to me. Our unit head kavita ma'am has very supportive nachure. I attended different workshops which are very important for us.
