I think that they need to priority his experience agent not a fresher because i am working with the company for last 10 month and after the ram down of the process they move agent some other process , we are selected for the process but after that they asked batch is full because previously we have already assign a fresher

Thwe forced employees to attain call 7/8 hours long. After 7 hours of taking call they do not want to give a brake. They tell 1 hour brake but they forced employee to work 8.40 hours and forced to do overtime. They forced me to take calls 8 house and dis not give a brake even they did not allow a me to go to toilet. I feel pain in left side of my chest and I lave the job. I liked nothing about the company, my collegues were good that's it. My TL, HR, QA and the management all are just pressurising the agents, many leave the company in a short span.

Work culture is very bad, politics going on, they don't approve sick leaves and ask for medical certificate when the female agent could not come to office due to periods, who the hell will give a medical certificate for periods tell me?!
