Good Work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The job us quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training sesson. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

I like the helpful staff and all the departments. The way they work in the organisation in a cooperative manner is very motivating and helpful for us. So as i am a tranee its , the staff helps me alot to get information. Also they have good shift timings. The choice is also given to the employee wheather you want to work from home or office.

I think that they need to priority his experience agent not a fresher because i am working with the company for last 10 month and after the ram down of the process they move agent some other process , we are selected for the process but after that they asked batch is full because previously we have already assign a fresher

Sometimes my working 8 hours were completed on the Software... but when I used to ask my night shift TL ... he said that it's pending... so do not logout now... wait for my update..

Still till now it's more than 10 years I haven't got my Provident fund nor my pension money they are just helpless clearly they are telling they cannot do anything for my concern.
