Oh! all are 5 stars, Possible? Answer is yes. Yes, I am giving all the 5stars. The only reasons is after 1.5years working here as an Accountant. I never feel any bad vibes here. Klizos Working environment, culture, decipline and the most important thing is directors Mr. and Mrs. Ricard, treats every employees as their kids. They motivate us they guide and teach us. Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
